Visited this shop on 1.30 on Friday afternoon. Customer service shocking. Took order and money. Waiting for food and the lady at the counter said. I think this gentleman is next he's been waiting a while. And the lady said oh yes what did you order now. I told them more intrested in taking money than producing food. Potion size was shocking compared to where I normally go at fais fish bar. Better quality as well chips were luke warm. There's better ways to spend 16.50
It is supposedly the best in the area. I was very unlucky. The take away was well below standard. Will never drive for a T.A from this place. The T.A was very greasy. Paying for a large and got a medium portion of fish.Very disappointed

Phenomenal quality of food at fabulous community business. Great sustainably caught fish and superb chips. Coffee is high quality andand and cafe does a really good breakfast Look out for offers on social media too. Superb eatery!
I am a foodie and this is quite honestly one of the best fish & chips shops I have ever been too. Not the cheapest but definitely worth it. They also serve gluten free fish and chips but it's better to ring them and place the order.
