really grateful to Sheila the receptionist and Doctor Erheart ( not sure how to spell sorry) and the pharmist for all their patience kindness and help getting Jac on the road to recovery this week, hopefully he is on the mend. we are really grateful to you both for everything. Thank you .
Almost impossible to get an appointment to see a Doctor, the receptionist is on occasions somewhat rude and unhelpful. Sadly not what the residents of Hirwaun needed.
With the new build health center I had high hopes sadly was badly let down. Getting an appointment is virtually impossible, the receptionist make it near impossible for you to book at this surgery, unless you know 2 weeks in advance that you are going to be ill. Phoned them for an urgent appointment explained my symptoms was fobbed off. Passed out later in the day and what followed was an emergency hospital visit all which could have been avoided.The above aside the surgery is a new build so the setting is nice sadly it lacks a female doctor which is a bit let down. 3 doctors at the surgery in fine however problems arise when one of them goes on leave, it becomes virtually impossible to get an appointment, although a receptionist did kindly advise me that mountain ash hospital do a walk in..Massive room for improvement at this surgery.
This surgery needs to reported and if there's anyway of reporting it then id love to know!!! I've tried to make a appointment for my 5 year old son who has not only got a temperature of 40 degrees, but also a rash that's spreading!! and for the past 20 minutes I've been trying to get through but was constantly engaged!! And once i finally got through i was then told by that HORRIBLE DESPICABLE WOMAN called Sheila that they are fully booked and not even taking emergency appointments!!! So i asked her could she speak to the doctor as my son needs to be seen today and her reply was the same there's no appointments left so try again tomorrow!!! This doctors surgery is useless and i WILL find a way to report it and get that DESPICABLE WOMAN sacked!!
The secretary is very unhelpful.doctors are good.get rid of the secretary would improve this healthcare no end
